Quality@EngiParts.ComIn CAD2Parts, we have great commitment with Quality. For us quality is to make it right the first time and right is meeting our customers expectations. We have conceive quality by design. From the conception of our Job Shop we design it with ISO 9000 Certification on mind. Consequently our quality management process is designed to assure that we comply with the customer's quality requirements, applicable regulatory standards, while aiming to enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve continual improvement of our performance in pursuit of these objectives. The enabling technology we use to assure the our parts are within tolerance is the Faro Titanium Arm with CAM2Meassure software by FARO Technology. This systems allow us to load 3D CAD file and use this as the nominal data, then we set up the required tolerance, and measure the parts features. Finally we obtain a report that shows whether the part is within tolerance.
